WERSOMA machine tool and special machine building GmbH has been developed as a separate company from the SKL engine and system technology AG. The company was founded on January 1st 1994.

Thanks to its proven and experienced employees in production
and manufacturing, WERSOMA GmbH developed within a short time to a reliable developer and manufacturer of devices, machine tools, calipers and special mechanisms as well  as special purpose machines.
